We invite you to take a journey with us to the JUNO Awards!

The JUNO Express is an event on rails, transporting JUNO Award nominees and performers, music industry, and fans from Toronto's Union Station to The 2019 JUNO Awards in London. After its success in 2017, this train will again feature intimate artist performances, immersive brand experiences, and other musical surprises and delights.

Departure Time: Friday, March 15 - train departs from Toronto at 12:15 PM (arrive at the station no later than 10:30 AM)

Venue: Toronto Union Station to London

Return travel from London Station to Toronto on Monday, March 18 at 11:02 AM

Whether you are planning to travel one way or return, there will be a handling fee payable upon confirmation of your place on the JUNO Express. Cost is $50 per ticket, or $40 if you are an active CARAS Academy Delegate.

All passengers must be of legal drinking age. Passengers will be responsible for their own transportation to their hotel/accommodations upon arrival in London.

*Note: JUNO Awards brand partners will be on board with activations and content filming. All passengers will be required to sign consent forms.

FAQ

1) I am no longer able to ride the JUNO Express.

Cancellations and refunds are only possible before March 1. If this is the case, please email junoexpress@junoawards.ca.

2) I want to change from a return to one way ticket OR I want to change from a one way to return ticket.

All tickets must be purchased and any changes must be requested by Friday, March 1. If it is before March 1, please email junoexpress@junoawards.ca.

3) Is there only one return time?

Yes. Train will return on Monday, March 18 at 11:02 AM only.

4) What if I have extra gear to bring above the luggage allowance because I’m performing as part of JUNO Week?

All passengers are allowed only one piece of “carry on” luggage and one suitcase. If you’re an artist traveling with your gear, please email us at junoexpress@junoawards.ca to get your extra baggage pre-approved.

5) Are there stops in any stations other than Toronto or London along the way?

Yes, there will be stops along the route, but passengers are not able to get on/off the train. All passengers MUST board at Union Station only.

6) What if I’m late?

The train will leave promptly as per the scheduled departure time. The train will not wait for any passengers.

7) Where do I go when I arrive?

You will receive an email a few days before departure with detailed information regarding your trip.

8) What time do I need to check in?

You will receive an email a few days before departure with detailed information regarding your trip, but we strongly suggest arriving no later than 10:30 AM.
